And I think if we were to add him, we should sign him to a 3 yr/$15mil w/ 4th yr club option worth $6 mil deal. Only thing that gets me, is what would we have to give up? Would you do a Casilla, Humber, and Angel Morales for Sanchez? They get a young replacement in need of a change, a ML ready pitcher, and a potential star to play along side McCutchen. We could afford to do this because we are getting our 2B, and we have PLENTY of young OFs and pitchers already on our ML roster. So what do you think? Our potential lineup: Span LF/CF, Sanchez 2B, Mauer C, Morneau 1B, Cuddyer RF, Kubel DH, Crede 3B, Gomez CF/Young LF, Harris SS. I see that lineup, playing to their realistic full potential, to go along with our young rotation, and hopefully a bullpen with Rob Delaney and Anthony Slama, as a true World Series contending team, if not FAVORITE!
