No game thoughts tonight. If you want a great run-down and analysis, be sure to check out NNTB, Josh’s Thoughts, and Seth Speaks.

Also, thoughts and prayers go out to the Baseball Savant.

I am required to collect some demographic information about my readers. If you guys/gals would make the time to complete this extremely quick survey, I would be very grateful.

I’ll be back tomorrow! Go Twins!

  1. Leslie says:

You did not miss much, Andrew. The Twins put up their usual crappy performance at the Stadium. It gets old, and it gets tiring. I don’t understand how the Twins have this mental block when they come play at the Stadium. Another lousy performance and another lousy defensive performance. The Twins find ways to lose there. Blackburn just was horrible, and Boof needs to be released. What was Casilla thinking throwing to home is beyond me?

  2. thetwinsdifference says:

Pain. That was what you missed. Mucho Pain. I think that is “dolor” en espanol. So, mucho dolor.I keep hoping that Bonser will create some trade value, but he seems to be coming down with “Rinconitis,” or “the continuing and increasing ability to suck in order to prevent a trade or other roster move from occurring.”The loss was extra terrible given that, well, we lost to Pontoon again. It just makes me sad every time, especially when his stuff was, at best, mediocre.

  3. Leslie says:

For some reason, the Twins just lay a stinker at Yankee Stadium every year. It’s not the fact that they lose is bothering, but it’s the fact that the team just play horrible and lose over there. They find ways to lose everytime. I don’t understand it. They play like little leaguers over there. You can take it if the Twins lose and play well, but losing and playing bad is horrible.Ponson stunk last night, but Blackburn was even worse. Your starting pitcher needs to give you a chance to win the game especially against NY.It’s time for Boof Bonser to go away. I think he can be an effective starter, but it’s not going to be in Minnesota. That has gone. I think he is better off going to St. Louis where Dave Duncan can get something out of him.
